Hear-Wise also offers an in-home service in Teller County, for patients who cannot drive to our office in Cripple Creek.
The Suggested Donation: for the appointment is $20.00, plus $1.00/mile (one way).
EXAMPLE:
Woodland Park = $45.00 ( $20 + 25 MILES).
Divide = $40 ($20 + 20 MILES).
Florissant = $35 ($20 + 15 MILES).
Cripple Creek = $20 ($20 + NO MILES).
